Why I didn’t get an email for my order that get shipped?

How to change my address?
You can easily update, delete, or add new addresses by logging into your FOUG account and going to the "My Profile" section. If you need to change the address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us immediately at customercare@foug.ae or call us at WhatsApp Customer Care. If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we will update the address for you.
How to check my order status?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your FOUG account and going to the "My Orders" section. Additionally, once your order is ready for packing and delivery, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your order's progress.
How long should be an order processing?
As soon as you place an order, we begin processing it immediately. For deliveries within the UAE, the order is usually processed and delivered within 24 hours. For international orders, please refer to our shipping policy for more detailed information on delivery times: FOUG Shipping Policy.
Can I change or modify my order before shipment?
To make changes to your order before it has been shipped, you will need to cancel the current order and place a new one. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. You can reach us via WhatsApp Customer Care or email us at customercare@foug.ae

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but we can assist you with our return process if needed.
